Transporting steel pipe safely over the road requires expertise. Custom-contoured dunnage plays a major role in the successful trucking of line pipe. We custom build dunnage using hardwood 4x4s, placing chocks at calculated intervals to create a contour that fits the exact size of the pipe being loaded. Padding is applied to protect the pipe and its coating (if applicable). All fasteners are countersunk to prevent the heads from contacting the pipe. Our methods exceed industry standards for safely transporting steel line pipe.
